An open-label, randomised, phase I, multi-centre study to investigate the biological effects of AZD5305 alone, darolutamide alone, and in combination given prior to radical prostatectomy in men with newly diagnosed prostate cancer (ASCERTAIN).

Doelgroep

Patiënten met nieuw gediagnosticeerde prostaatkanker voor radicale prostatectomie.

Onderzoeksopzet

  • Fase 3
  • Interventie: 4 behandelingen mogelijk:
    • Geen neo-adjuvante behandeling (N=20);
    • AZD5305 (tot max 60 mg) (N=40);
    • Darolutamide 600mg (N=20);
    • AZD5305 (tot max 60 mg) + darolutamide 600mg (N=40).
