FIERCE-HN

Officiële titel

A multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase 3 study of ficlatuzumab in combination with cetuximab in participants with recurrent or metastatic (R/M) HPV-negative head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (FIERCE-HN). 

Doelgroep

Patiënten met een recidief of gemetastaseerd HPV-negatief hoofd-hals plaveiselcelcarcinoom.

Onderzoeksopzet

• Fase 3
• Interventie:
  • Ficlatuzumab 10 mg/kg + cetuximab 500 mg/m²  Q2W, cyclus is 28 dagen.
  • Ficlatuzumab 20 mg/kg + cetuximab 500 mg/m²  Q2W, cyclus is 28 dagen.
  • Placebo + cetuximab 500 mg/m² Q2W, cyclus is 28 dagen.
