ASCERTAIN

An open-label, randomised, phase I, multi-centre study to investigate the biological effects of AZD5305 alone, darolutamide alone, and in combination given prior to radical prostatectomy in men with newly diagnosed prostate cancer (ASCERTAIN).

Doelgroep

Patiënten met nieuw gediagnosticeerd prostaatcarcinoom voorafgaand aan radicale prostatectomie.

Onderzoeksopzet

Vier verschillende armen:

• Geen neo-adjuvante behandeling (N=20)
• AZD5305 (tot max 60 mg) (N=40)
• Darolutamide 600mg (N=20)
• AZD5305 (tot max 60 mg) + darolutamide 600mg (N=40)
