Doelgroep

Patiënten met platinum-experienced en/of platinum-intolerant ovarium, eileider of primaire peritoneale kanker met verhoogde CA-125 waarden (≥2*ULN).

Onderzoeksopzet

• Interventie: IV toediening van REGN4018 met of zonder cemiplimab 350 mg IV Q3
• Fase 1: monotherapie expansie cohort met REGN4018 als monotherapie Q6W
• Fase 2: gerandomiseerd expansie cohort:
  • REGN4018 als monotherapie Q3W 250 mg
  • REGN4018 als monotherapie Q3W 800 mg
  • REGN4018 als combinatietherapie Q3W 250 mg met cemiplimab
